Yoga for Cyclists
Relieve the strain and impact of cycling while building up your strength and agility. . Developed by Yoga Source, in conjunction with Bike Santa Fe, this unique class features a specifically selected sequence of core yoga poses, each relating to the key physical aspects of bicycling.
This six class series will help prevent aching backs, necks and legs during your ride – and then promote faster recovery time. Plus you’ll get a great workout to make you a better, stronger rider.
Whatever your age, experience, skill level, or the type of biking you do, the poses you’ll learn in this class are designed to become a part of your daily home practice – and a vital tool to use before and after every ride.
